Achievements: Yimin Wei received the B.S. degree in computational mathematics from Shanghai Normal University, Shanghai, China, and Ph.D. degree in computational mathematics from Fudan University, Shanghai, in 1991 and 1997, respectively.,He was a Lecturer with the Department of Mathematics, Fudan University, from 1997 to 2000, a Visiting Scholar with the Division of Engineering and Applied Science, Harvard University, Boston, MA, USA, from 2000 to 2001, and an Associate Professor with the School of Mathematical Sciences, Fudan University, from 2001 to 2005. He is currently a Professor with the School of Mathematical Sciences, Fudan University. His current research interests include numerical linear algebra and its applications, sensitivity in computational linear control, and perturbation analysis.
